Counselling is a place where you can talk about issues that are troubling you, that make you feel sad, confused or uncomfortable. A counsellor gives you the opportunity to talk about what troubles you and to be listened to without judgment, in confidence and in a safe environment. Counselling is not about giving you advice or telling you what to do, but will help you to explore your feelings and find your own way of living your life more productively.
